Terms of Service — Visionary Grit

By connecting an account to Visionary Grit or using our reports, you agree to these terms.
1. What the service is
Visionary Grit is a marketing analytics service. We connect social media and advertising accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, read their performance data, and deliver reports and recommendations. We are an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta, Google, or any other platform.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and either own the accounts you connect or have written authorization from the owner to connect them. You are responsible for having that authorization.
3. Your account and your data
You keep full ownership of your accounts and your data. You grant us a limited, revocable permission to read that data for the sole purpose of providing the service. You can revoke it at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how. When you revoke, we stop reading new data immediately.
4. What we will not do
We will not post, comment, message, follow, delete, or otherwise modify anything on your connected accounts. Our platform connections are read-only. We will not sell your data.
5. Platform rules
Your use of each connected platform stays governed by that platform's own terms. We access platform data only through official APIs and within the permissions you grant. If a platform changes or withdraws an API, the affected part of the service may change or stop.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to access accounts you are not authorized to access, or to attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the platform.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Reports depend on third-party APIs we do not control.
8. No warranty on outcomes
Reports and recommendations are informational. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcome. The service is provided "as is", without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionary Trends Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Fees
Where a paid engagement applies, the fees, scope, and billing cycle are set in a separate written agreement with you. These terms apply in addition to that agreement.
11. Ending the relationship
Either side can end it at any time with written notice. On termination we stop accessing your accounts and handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where required, communicated to active clients.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
